1 General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to TMB77. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the TMB77 platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and TMB77 as the platform operator. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, also available on this website.

TMB77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each amendment will take effect upon publication on the official TMB77 website. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use TMB77's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• An individual with valid legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals blocked or prohibited from online betting activities.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not holding any other active TMB77 account or any account previously closed due to fraud.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

TMB77 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members. You may be asked to submit identification documents such as a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be temporarily restricted until the process is complete.

3 Member Account & Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. TMB77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify TMB77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

All activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility as long as you have not reported any unauthorized access. TMB77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Deposit

TMB77 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including FPX, local online banking, and e-wallets. All deposits are processed in real time. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus processing fees.
• TMB77 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account that has been verified and registered in your name during the KYC process.

• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• TMB77 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed at TMB77 are subject to the betting rules set for each sport and market type. Bet outcomes are final once the official result is declared by the relevant sports body or game operator.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member unless the cash out function is used before the match or event begins.
• TMB77 reserves the right to void bets if odds errors, false information, or any technical anomalies are detected.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport and market — check current limits within the platform.
• Bets placed during a connection disruption or technical error will be verified based on TMB77's server records.
• Any attempt to exploit odds errors or system bugs is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Live Betting

The live betting feature allows members to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds for live betting change rapidly based on match developments. TMB77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets at any time in the event of technical issues or unusual match circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

TMB77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• TMB77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be restored.

7 Account Closure & Restrictions

TMB77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected activities related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system bugs.
• Use of automation software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Member's own request via the self-exclusion feature in Responsible Gaming.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, TMB77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including pending withdrawals. For closures requested by the member, valid balances will be returned after a review is completed.

8 Liability Limits

TMB77 provides this service on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TMB77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from losing bets.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Processing delays caused by the bank or third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

9 Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

TMB77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Major amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications and email at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor technical or editorial amendments may be made without specific notice but will be updated in this document.

Continued use of the TMB77 platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TMB77 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before being referred to the relevant authorities.
